I arrived in Palm Springs in 1997 and have not looked back since—today, I wouldn’t live anywhere else.  I have become enamored with Palm Springs’ unique combination of small-town convenience and friendliness with big-town events and amenities.  I am equally enthused about the career I chose in 1997—Real Estate. 

My roots lie in Sunnyvale, California and my work history there prepared me well for my new career path. Drawing on my experience as a long-time and award-winning facilities manager with such firms as IBM, I learned how to pay attention to the details that are so critical in real estate transactions. The buying and selling of real estate—your home—can sometimes become a rather chaotic event; my experience and talents bring organization and process to the transactions and peace of mind to you. 

Residential real estate is, at its core, a people business and choosing the right agent to see you through the buying or selling of your home is so very important. I offer you a wonderful combination of entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine affinity for people. As a self-motivated individual, my “can-do” attitude translates into “actionable tasks”, that is, making sure that every step of your transaction is in fact taken before you receive your keys.  Real estate can be incredibly complicated and fraught with pitfalls if not cared for properly; I apply a methodology to your transaction and the result is organized success.
